Quick Summary: Evo Flora is designed for adult plant enthusiasts. We collect minimal data to provide ads and improve gameplay. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13, and we do not sell your personal information.
1. Introduction
Welcome to Evo Flora ("the Game," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you play our mobile game. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information Collected Through Use of the Game
The Game may collect the following categories of information through use (i.e., generated by your interaction with the Game rather than typed in by you). Each category below is collected only if you have given the corresponding consent. The in-game consent prompt is shown once after the introduction; you can review or change your choices at any time via Settings → Privacy (see Section 12). No data in any of these categories is collected before the relevant consent prompt has been shown and accepted.
- Gameplay Analytics & Diagnostics (in-game actions, progression, session duration, features used, crash and performance diagnostics, plus device type and operating system as diagnostic context) — collected only if you consent via Settings → Privacy → Analytics. Used to understand player behavior, fix bugs, and improve the Game. See Section 4.2.
- Authentication & Leaderboard Data (an anonymous Unity Player ID; and, if you additionally opt in to platform linking, your Google Play Games or Apple Game Center Player ID, any leaderboard scores you submit, and an optional display name you choose for the leaderboard) — collected only if you consent via Settings → Privacy → Auth & Leaderboard. Used to maintain your in-game identity across devices and to display leaderboards. See Section 4.3.
- Advertising Data (ad interactions, ad impressions, and device advertising identifiers such as IDFA on iOS or GAID on Android) — collected only if you grant consent in the EU/UK/EEA (via the Google UMP and iOS App Tracking Transparency prompts) or, in other regions, only if you have not opted out via Settings → Privacy → Ads. Used to display advertisements and measure ad performance. See Section 4.1.
2.2 Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect:
- Personal identifying information (name, address, email, phone number)
- Precise geolocation data
- Photos, contacts, or other sensitive device data
- Payment information (if applicable, handled by app stores)
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- Game Functionality: To provide and maintain the Game's core features
- Analytics: To understand how players interact with the Game and improve gameplay experience
- Advertising: To display relevant advertisements and measure ad performance
- Technical Support: To identify and fix bugs, crashes, and technical issues
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may collect information about you:
4.1 Advertising Services
We use LevelPlay (by ironSource) for ad mediation, which connects to the following ad networks:
These services may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and ad interaction data to serve personalized advertisements.
4.2 Analytics Services
We use Unity Analytics to collect gameplay data, including custom events related to in-game actions such as species unlocks, terrain interactions, and progression milestones. This helps us understand player behavior and improve the Game.
4.3 Authentication & Leaderboard Services
If you opt in via Settings → Privacy → Auth & Leaderboard, the Game uses Unity Authentication Service (Unity Gaming Services) to create an anonymous in-game profile so leaderboard scores and progression can be associated with you across devices. On mobile, you may additionally opt in to link this profile to your platform account — Google Play Games Services on Android, or Apple Game Center on iOS — for cross-device restore. The Game has no backend of its own; all authentication and leaderboard data is handled by Unity Technologies.
Google Play Games Services — disclosure under the Google API Services User Data Policy
- Data Accessed: The Game requests a one-time server authorization code from Google Play Games Services using only the default
games_lite scope, and obtains your Google Play Games Player ID (an anonymous, Play-Games-specific identifier issued by Google). The Game does NOT access your Google account email address, real name, phone number, address, contacts, friends list, photos, calendar, Drive files, location, or any other Google account data. No additional OAuth scopes are requested.
- Data Usage: The Play Games Player ID and one-time server authorization code are used solely to (1) create or restore a stable, anonymous in-game identity so leaderboard scores and game progression can be associated with you across devices, and (2) authenticate your session with Unity Authentication Service. Google user data is never used for advertising, profiling, marketing, or any purpose other than authentication for leaderboards and cross-device restore.
- Data Sharing: The server authorization code is transmitted only to Unity Technologies (acting as our authentication and leaderboard backend processor) for the purpose of issuing and maintaining your anonymous Unity Player ID. Google user data is not shared with any advertiser, analytics provider, or other third party, and is not sold.
- Data Storage & Protection: All authentication and leaderboard data is stored by Unity Technologies on Unity Gaming Services infrastructure. Per Unity's official Google Play Data Safety disclosure for the Authentication SDK, all data transmitted by the SDK is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS). The Play Games server authorization code is short-lived and is exchanged once at sign-in; the Game itself does not persist Google user data.
- Data Retention & Deletion: Authentication data is retained until you request deletion. You can at any time:
- Withdraw consent via Settings → Privacy → Auth & Leaderboard. This immediately signs you out and stops further processing.
- Request full account deletion via the in-game data-deletion control in Settings → Privacy → Auth & Leaderboard, or by emailing [email protected]. On deletion, your Unity Player ID, the linkage to your Google Play Games Player ID, and any leaderboard entries tied to that ID are removed from Unity's systems.
Equivalent treatment applies to Apple Game Center on iOS: the Game uses your anonymous Apple Game Center Player ID for the same authentication and leaderboard purpose, with the same access, sharing, storage, and deletion practices described above.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service Providers: Third-party companies (listed in Section 4) that help us operate the Game — including ad mediation (LevelPlay / ironSource and its connected ad networks), analytics (Unity Analytics), and authentication / leaderboard (Unity Authentication Service, Google Play Games Services on Android, Apple Game Center on iOS). Each of these processors receives only the data needed to perform its function, as described in Section 4.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
6. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
The Game is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at [email protected], and we will take steps to delete such information.
7. International Users and Data Transfers
The Game is available worldwide. The data is stored by our third-party companies (listed above) in the United States. Accordingly, please note that if you do not live in the United States, we will transfer your information to and store it in, the United States. Meishin Tale is based in France. Please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries where our third-party service providers operate. By using the Game, you consent to such transfers.
